So here is my current favorite breakfast recipe. It’s glutenfree and vegan oatmeal that a good friend of mine has renamed “Angel Puke”! Because let’s be honest, under the dressing it does look like a unicorn has puked on my plate!! But I promise it’s absolutely delicious! Not only it’s an easy and simple recipe, plus oatmeal is very rich in fiber and antioxidants. So if you create your own Angel Puke, here’s what you need:

oatmeal

soy or coconut milk (Alpro is my favorite)

1 banana

frozen berries

coconut flakes

chocolate chips

peanut butter

Recipe: Fill a glass with half soy milk and half water then pour it into the pan and turn heat to medium/high. When the milk starts to boil, turn the heat to medium/low and put on your cup of oatmeal. Stir until it thickens at your desire consistency, add the mashed banana and continue to stir to combine it to the mixture. Turn the heat off before adding a cup of frozen berries and gently stir for a few seconds. Now it’s time for the dressing. Put your mixture into a bowl and add some coconut flakes on top, some fresh strawberries and of course the chocolate chips. don’t forget a tablespoon of peanut butter and voilà!

Il y a quelques jours j’ai filmé ma première vidéo direct sur Instagram (@frompariswithlove_byniloufar) pour vous montrer mon petit dej’ préféré, et vous avez été nombreuses a me demander de poster la recette.
