If you have thick curly hair like mine and live in a city when it rains all the time (Hello Paris!) you must learn how to control your hair, beat frizz but mostly to use the perfect tools for your hair type. Beginning with the hairdryer. I’m not gonna lie, for the longest time I used the Babyliss one thinking that a hairdryer is just, well, \u00a0a hairdryer and I didn’t get all the jazz around the new releases. This was before I tried GHD Helios<\/span>. The next day I was ditching my old tool. So what’s all the hype about the GHD Helios? Well, it’s basically a professional dryer in your bathroom. It’s quite lightweight and features variable power and temperature, including a cool shot for a quick blast of air to fix the hair. And let me tell you, not only it’s very powerful (my hair is very thick and strong and takes so much time to dry with my old hairdryer), but it also doesn’t make that much of a noise.<\/p>\n My other favorite hair tool I can’t live without is the Steampod<\/span>. If you have curly coarse hair, you definitely need this in your life. Before I invest in one myself, I was using a classic straightener and I had to put it on 220\u00b0 to succeed straighten my hair, and going several times with it on every chunk of hair. With the Steampod it’s so easy and less damaging: I put it at 170\u00b0 and pass it only once (or twice) on my hair and they came out perfectly straight! The technology behind it is a continuous flow of high-pressure steam thanks to\u00a0an integrated water tank.<\/p>\n The other hair styling tool I love is the T3 Twirl Trio<\/span>. This one was also an amazing discovery for me. It’s a set of three interchangeable clip barrels with custom\u00a0blend ceramic surface and five\u00a0adjustable heat settings (260\u00b0F \u2013 410\u00b0F). I usually use the 1.25″ clip barrel for a more loose beachy wave look. But if you want cascading waves you can use the reversed tapered barrel or the 0,75 tapered barrel for tousled waves. And let me tell you the curl set very quickly and last for a long time. Although I recommend you always curl your hair on the second-day wash to make the curls last longer.<\/p>\n Si vous avez les cheveux \u00e9pais et boucl\u00e9s comme moi et uqe vous vivez dans une ville o\u00f9 il pleut la plupart du temps (bonjour Paris !), vous devez apprendre les bons gestes pour dompter votre chevelure, eviter les frisottis et cela passe avant tout par l’utilisation de bons appareils de coiffure. A commencer par le s\u00e8che-cheveux. Je ne vais pas vous mentir, pendant des ann\u00e9es j’ai utilis\u00e9 mon Babyliss, ne comrpenant pas tout l’engouement qu’il y avait face \u00e0 la sortie des nouveaux mod\u00e8les. Mais tout cela c’etait avant de d\u00e9couvrir le GHD Helios ! Le lendemain je disais aurevoir \u00e0 mon ancien s\u00e8che-cheveux. Alors qu’a t-il de si particulier ce GHD Helios ? C’est tout simplement un appareil professionnel digne d’un salon de coiffure dans votre salle de bain ! D’un c\u00f4t\u00e9 une technologie ionique (adieu frisotti) de l’autre une techonlogie Aeroprecis, le s\u00e8che-cheveux d\u00e9livre un fluw d’air concentr\u00e9 pour un sechage ultra rapide. Pour l’avoir adopt\u00e9 je peux vous dire qu’il vaut le coup, il est tr\u00e8s puissant et assez \u00e9tonnamement pas tr\u00e8s bryuant.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n Mon autre appareil de coiffure dont je ne peux pas me passer est le Steampod. Si vous avez les cheveux boucl\u00e9s, \u00e9pais et forts, je vous conseille d’investir dedans ! L\u00e0 o\u00f9 avec un lisseur dernier cri je devais le mettre \u00e0 220\u00b0 et passer plusieurs fois sur chaque m\u00e8che pour bien raidir mes cheveux, avec le steampod je le programme \u00e0 170\u00b0 et un passage voire deux suffit. La technologie derri\u00e8re ce miracle capillaire est du au pouvoir de la vapeur gr\u00e2ce au reservoir d’eau integr\u00e9. Le r\u00e9sultat c’est des cheveux raides comme des baguettes, super doux et brillants. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n L’autre appareil pour me coiffer c’est le T3 Twirl Trio. C’est une autre belle d\u00e9couverte et indispensable pour me boucler les cheveux. Il comprend un set de 3 cylindres en ceramique (25mm, 32mm et 38mm), interchangeables, avec 5 reglages de chaleur. J’utilise en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral celui de 32mm pour r\u00e9aliser des ondulations style beachwaves naturelles.
