And one of my all-time favorite discoveries is La Maison du Tui Na. It’s a beautiful Chinese spa with a warm wood interior, where you can enjoy amazing therapeutic massages based on the “Tui Na” technique (push and grab) which is part of traditional Chinese medicine. My favorite one is the Tui Na detox. It’s 55 minutes massage that helps release tensions and stimulates meridians that are part of the digestion’s system (stomach, intestines…). It also a lymphatic massage helping with bloating. You get out of there so feeling so lightweight and good, it’s an incredible feeling. To finish the treatment, the spa offers you a delicious green tea and recommend you to drink a lot of water to help your body get rid of all the toxins.

L’un des avantages de mon métier c’est de découvrir de nouveaux endroits et tester de nouvelels choses.
